We will be offering three different kosher-style entree choices:

Roasted Golden Tilefish in a smoked tomato beurre blanc with a warm seasonal succotash
Cola-Braised Beef Short Ribs with roasted carrots
Roasted Eggplant (vegetarian, vegan possible) over farro with tahini, pomegranate, goat cheese, and fresh herbs
